About the Role<\/h3>

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (Male\/Female) to join our team in Dubai. As a Business Development Manager, you will be working with Managing Director and responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and building long-term, strong client relationships.<\/p>


Key Responsibilities<\/h3>
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate services sector.<\/li>
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.<\/li>
  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels and outreach activities.<\/li>
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.<\/li>
  • Deliver exceptional client service and foster long-term business relationships.<\/li>
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored business solutions.<\/li>
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.<\/li>
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.<\/li>
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.<\/li>
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.<\/li>
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and seminars to generate new business opportunities and referral partnerships.<\/li>
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.<\/li>
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.<\/li>
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.<\/li><\/ul>


    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Minimum 5\u20138 years of experience in corporate services, company incorporation, and PRO services.<\/li>
    • Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company structures.<\/li>
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.<\/li>
    • Proven sales, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.<\/li>
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.<\/li>
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.<\/li>
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).<\/li>
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.<\/li><\/ul>
