Located beside King Khalid International Airport, it is built for supply chain, distribution, light manufacturing, and value-added services, with direct airside access and a bonded corridor to the airport.<\/span><\/p>

But the zone is activity led.<\/span><\/p>

The 50-year tax relief and the customs and VAT treatment apply only to qualifying logistics activities carried out inside the zone. A UK business needs to confirm its activity fits before it commits, because income earned outside the qualifying scope is taxed at the standard rate.<\/span><\/p>
