About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (Male/Female) to join our team in Dubai. As a Business Development Manager, you will be working with Managing Director and responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and building long-term, strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate services sector.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.
  • Prospect and identify potential clients, reaching out to them through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain ongoing relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns in coordination with Marketing Manager.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Attending business networking events, exhibitions, seminars etc to bring new business and make referral partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in corporate services, company incorporation, and PRO services.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and corporate services industry (Mainland, Free Zones, Offshore, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong salesnegotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Degree qualified.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English.
